Skin Consultation fees are non-redeemable and are charged separately for the time, expertise, and personalised treatment planning provided during your appointment. Your consultation experience also includes professional photography, a professional skin cleanse, and an LED treatment, designed to support your skin health while allowing our team to thoroughly assess your concerns and goals. There is no pressure to make an immediate decision, your consultation remains a valuable standalone experience, offering expert insight and a structured plan that you can follow at your own pace.
Some consultations are fully redeemable toward same-day treatment bookings, with the consultation fee credited toward your treatment when performed on the same day. This applies to Body Treatments, Laser Hair Removal, Laser Tattoo Removal, and Cosmetic Treatments.
While most treatments require a consultation, a few do not.
This includes Sculpt Signature Facials, Remedial and Relaxation Massage, Buccal Facial Massage, (Relaxation, Remedial and Lymphatic Drainage) and Release: Therapeutic Cupping.
Our consultations vary based on the treatment you’re considering. In some cases, a separate consultation may be required for certain appointments. No matter the consultation type, our practitioners will make the process clear, smooth and stress-free.
We ask new patients to please arrive 10 minutes prior to their consultation time to allow for form filling.
