After completing a bachelor of physiotherapy, Angélica furthered her expertise at Macquarie University’s ALERT institute for Lymphoedema Education, Research, and Training. She is an accredited lymphoedema practitioner, specialising in lymphoedema of the head and neck, and an advocate for the establishment of a lymphoedema surveillance and early intervention model of care. With this in mind, much of her practice centres around the preservation and optimisation of skin integrity to minimise lymphoedema risk factors.

“What was first conceived as a lymphoedema specific clinic, soon grew into something far bigger than itself, this is where Sculpt was born. A beautiful and safe environment where people of all body types, tones, genders, and maturities can enter knowing that they are seen by qualified and experienced health professionals to aptly consult and treat their skin and body.”

As a Physiotherapist, Angélica is a Member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association and an Accredited Lymphoedema Practitioner (endorsed by the Australasian Lymphoedema Association).

With over a decade of experience as a doctor and a Fellowship in General Practice, Dr Monique Krestan has focussed her expertise in Aesthetic Medicine.

"I love that I can combine art and science into my daily work, and it brings me so much joy to be part of the team at Sculpt."

As an experienced Physician and Clinical Trainer, Dr Monique is committed to keeping up-to-date with the latest techniques and advancements in the industry. This knowledge, as well as a skill set in a wide-range of non-surgical cosmetic treatment modalities, enables her to provide the best outcomes, and she prides herself on creating balanced and natural-looking results for our patients. Central to her practice is an emphasis on personal care, compassion and understanding.

“I like to focus on nurturing one’s innate radiance without reshaping what defines them. My ultimate goal is to help patients feel comfortable and confident in their own skin by building a trustworthy and respectful relationship as a partner in their journey towards rejuvenation.”

Dr Gupta's journey began at the University of Adelaide, where she graduated with the University Medal for highest overall performance in Medicine. Her path then led to specialty dermatology training during which she was awarded a Travelling Fellowship to complete a year of her training in Oxford, UK.

“I take pride in bringing the latest in evidence-based cosmetic medicine into the clinic. Using my extensive background in both medical and cosmetic dermatology, I enjoy providing tailored solutions for my patients and helping them to achieve their aesthetic goals.”

After achieving Fellowship of the Australasian College of Dermatologists, Dr Gupta sought out further subspecialty training in Laser and Cosmetic Dermatology and Hair Disorders.

Dr Gupta has co-authored book chapters on the use of botulinum toxin in Dermatology and aesthetic facial assessment. Her experience also extends to chairing and presenting at conferences focused on cosmetic dermatology. Alongside these achievements, her work has been published in numerous peer-reviewed journals. She has also garnered awards from the Royal Society of Medicine and the British Society for Medical Dermatology in recognition of her research presentations in London.

Dr Gupta is currently a Board Member of the Australasian Society of Cosmetic Dermatologists and is slated to join the Editorial Board of the Journal 'Opinions and Progress in Cosmetic Dermatology'.

With 9 wonderful years of experience in the clinical aesthetics industry, 4 of which were in the medical and health sector, and having completing a four-year degree at Victoria University, Alara can confidently call herself a Bachelor Qualified Dermal Clinician. Alara is passionate about an evidence-driven approach to skin care, and it brings her immense joy to quantify and measure my knowledge in this field.

“My personal philosophy is centred in understanding skin at a cellular level, knowing its basic yet intricate functions and needs. Once we master this, we can pay attention to the subtleties, signs, and clues that the skin reveals to gain a clearer picture of our skins state of health and wellbeing.”

Her continued interest in Dermatology inspires Alara to strive towards a deepened knowledge of dermatological conditions, clinically identifying lesions in a scientifically sound way to recommend the most appropriate and safe treatments for her patients.

Drawing upon her specialisation in advanced, medical-grade skin and laser treatments, Sharn brings with her a wealth of industry experience to Sculpt. Focusing on personalised skin and laser consultation and treatments, Sharn’s extensive familiarity with Sculpt’s devices and technology establishes her as a valued practitioner and trusted guide on your skin and body journey.

Sharn’s adaptable skillset and nurturing persona creates a welcoming atmosphere for all patients at Sculpt, with a sense of passion and drive. A dedicated Dermal Aesthetician, she places great importance on understanding each patients’ needs and attributes as an integral part of her clinical process, inspiring patients to with the tools and knowledge to find belief and confidence in themselves.

With a deeply-established background in the industry, as well as being a trauma professional, Amira specialises in body dysmorphia, anxiety, depression + self-esteem concerns.

In practise, Amira utilises dynamic, evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to guide clients toward positive growth.

"My expertise extends to Child Development, Relationship Counselling, and Conflict Resolution, where I create a nurturing space for my patients’ well-being. Passionate about mental health, I am completing a Masters degree, researching the mental health of business owners."

Also an author of three children’s books covering emotional management, autism awareness, and fostering gratitude and positive change, Amira actively supports children facing behavioural issues, addressing challenges like bullying, and emotional expression.

Providing unified care has been an integral component in Selena’s journey as a nurse. With over 3 years of experience in the emergency medical industry, she has witnessed firsthand the importance of taking a holistic approach to health.

“My passion for helping others has led me to Sculpt, where I am able to offer my expertise as a nurse injector. Witnessing the difference it makes when someone feels confident and comfortable in their own skin is truly rewarding. I believe that every person has a unique story to tell, and I am excited about helping our patients embrace the narrative of their body.”
